THEN Some people have wild imaginations and lofty dreams growing up; Kate had lists and schedules. After earning a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Illinois University (2004), she started her career as a Contract Specialist with the Army Contracting Command. She went on to earn an MBA from St. Ambrose University (2011), followed by her Illinois and Iowa Real Estate license (2013).
From then on, she made selling Real Estate her full time dream job! NOW You could describe this seasoned REALTOR as a well-rounded and sarcastic but extremely caring individual who knows when to leave her dry sense of humor at home. She knew buying and selling homes was her true calling after purchasing her first couple of rental properties. Many don’t know that she’s also an investor and a bit of a work-a-holic but tries not to take life so seriously.
Kate’s dedication and determination to her clients mean she lives and breathes real estate. If there was a word bigger than “passion,” this would be the time and place to use it! EXTRACURRICULAR That all being said, Kate manages to make time for activities like the occasional yoga class with her husband, Aaron, and getting outdoors with her two dog children, Moses and Maple. Philanthropically; Kate is a volunteer for the Iowa Donor Network.
